Pallow (Afghan-style rice) baked with chunks of lamb tenderloin, raisins and glazed julienne of carrots.


Seasoned tenderloin of lamb cooked with onions, sautéed with yellow split-peas and tossed with onions lightly marinated in vinegar. Served with pallow.


Afghan ravioli filled with leeks. Served on yogurt and topped with ground beef and mint.

Homemade pastry shell filled with onions and beef. Served on yogurt and topped with carrots, yellow split peas and beef sauce.


Spinach sautéed with chunks of beef and Afghan seasonings. Served with challow.


Marinated boneless chicken breast served with pallow and marinated vegetables.

Sauteed chicken in yellow split peas and fresh tomatoes. Served with challow.


Char-broiled marinated lamb tenderloin served with pallow.


Combination of lamb and beef meatballs seasoned with sun-dried baby grapes, paprika and turmeric in hot green pepper, green peas and fresh tomato sauce. Served with challow.

Pan fried baked baby pumpkin seasoned w/sugar & served on yogurt and garlic sauce
